There’s so much focus on nutrition during pregnancy, but far less attention is given to nourishment after birth. Yet this is when mothers often need it the most.

Postpartum is a time of deep transformation. While healing from birth, navigating sleep deprivation, and bonding with your baby, you’re still growing a little human, only now, outside the womb. And it doesn’t end there. Motherhood continues to call on your body, your heart, and your spirit day after day, season after season. I created this offering because I believe that postpartum is forever, and nourishment must meet you where you are, over and over again.

Nourishment begins with food, warm, grounding, healing food, but it expands so much further. It’s care. Its presence. It’s being seen and supported.
This is what I offer.

Because every mother deserves to be held, not just in the early days, but across her whole journey. It takes a village to raise both a child and a mother, and I’d be honoured to be part of yours.

How We Nourish You?
We craft our nourishing foods using principles from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and the teachings of Weston A. Price. Every meal is soft, easy to digest, and rich in nutrients, designed to support what the postpartum body truly needs.

Our focus is on rebuilding blood, supporting hormonal balance, healing tissues, promoting milk flow and production, and gently restoring energy. This is nourishment that goes beyond calories, it's care, comfort, and medicine in every bite.​

Our menu changes with the seasons to align with nature and your body's rhythms. We also offer personalized meals to support your unique healing journey.



The Soul Behind the Kitchen
Jimena is a mama, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) specializing in pre + postnatal nutrition, a certified doula, and an Ayurvedic postpartum practitioner.
​
Her mission is simple and powerful: to raise awareness around maternal health and nourish one mama at a time.
​
She is deeply passionate about the fourth trimester, the preparation of food as medicine, and the healing journey after childbirth. Jimena weaves together wisdom from diverse traditional postpartum practices to support modern motherhood with care, intention, and deep nourishment
