Hola!
I’m a mama, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Postpartum Doula; A lifelong student of women’s bodies, cycles, and wisdom.
My initiation into this work didn’t come from textbooks alone. It came through my own healing, my motherhood, and the quiet, often lonely seasons of learning how to mother without the safety net of family or community in a country that is not my own.
My path into holistic health began when I realized how disconnected I felt from my body. Years of hormonal birth control, unanswered symptoms, and being told “everything is normal” left me feeling unheard and out of alignment. Instead of accepting that as my reality, I chose curiosity. I turned toward ancestral, holistic, and traditional ways of healing, and slowly, my body began to speak again.
For over seven years, I’ve been walking alongside women through different seasons of life, holding space for nourishment, education, and reconnection to their own innate wisdom. I don’t believe in fixing ourselves. I believe in remembering. In feeling safe in our bodies again. In being nourished in a way that actually lands in the nervous system. Nourishment is not a luxury. It is the foundation.
My passion for maternal health was forever shaped by the birth of my son, Noah. Motherhood cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect and showed me something I couldn’t unsee: we live in a culture that celebrates birth, but often abandons mothers afterwards.
When Noah was two, he went through a medical emergency that shook my entire nervous system. In the months that followed, I found myself in deep maternal burnout, living in survival mode, with chronic inflammation, digestive issues, and nervous system dysregulation. I was caring for everyone else while quietly unraveling.
Healing came slowly. Gently. Through nervous system repair, hormonal support, deeply nourishing foods, and learning how to mother myself while also mothering my child. And in that process, something became very clear to me: If mothers are the roots of our society, we have to learn how to care for them better.
Postpartum is not just a season.
Postpartum is forever.
Today, my work is devoted to new mamas, toddler mamas, and modern mamas who are craving to feel held, seen, and supported long after the newborn phase has passed.
My work is rooted in holistic wisdom.
My focus is the mother.
I weave together deeply nourishing meals, herbal support, bodywork, Reiki, nervous system support, and traditional postpartum practices to support healing on every level: physical, emotional, and energetic.
I create space for mothers to slow down, come back to themselves, and remember their own inner knowing — even when they are doing this far from home, without a village, and carrying more than they were ever meant to hold alone.
If you’ve made it this far, thank you for being here. And if something here resonates in your body, I would be honored to support you.
xo,
Jimena
