Hola!
I’m a mama, holistic prenatal and postnatal nutritionist, certified postpartum doula, and lifelong student of women’s bodies, cycles, and wisdom.

I was born in 1991, but my initiation into this work didn’t come from textbooks alone. It came through my own healing, my motherhood, and the quiet, often lonely seasons of learning how to mother without the safety net of family or community in a country that is not my own.

My path into holistic health began when I realized how disconnected I felt from my body. Years of hormonal birth control, unanswered symptoms, and being told “everything is normal” left me feeling unheard and out of alignment. Instead of accepting that as my reality, I chose curiosity. I turned toward ancestral, holistic, and traditional practices, and slowly, my body began to speak again.

For over seven years, I’ve devoted my heart and energy to women’s health, supporting women through the many thresholds of womanhood with nourishment, education, and deep respect for their innate wisdom. I believe true radiance doesn’t come from fixing ourselves, but from feeling safe, supported, and deeply nourished in our bodies. Nourishment is not a luxury. It is the foundation.

My passion for maternal health was forever shaped by the birth of my son, Noah. Motherhood cracked me open and revealed a painful truth: we live in a culture that celebrates birth, but often abandons mothers afterward.
When Noah was two, he experienced a medical emergency that shook my entire nervous system. In the months that followed, I found myself in profound maternal burnout, living in survival mode with chronic inflammation, digestive issues, and nervous system dysregulation. I was caring for everyone else while quietly unraveling.

Healing came slowly. Gently. Through nervous system repair, hormonal support, deeply nourishing foods, and learning to mother myself alongside my child. As I rebuilt my health, a truth settled deep in my bones:
If mothers are the roots of our society, we must learn how to care for them better.

Postpartum is not a season.
Postpartum is forever.

Today, my work is devoted to new mamas, toddler mamas, and modern mamas who are craving to feel held, seen, and supported long after the newborn phase has passed.

My work is rooted in holistic and ancestral wisdom.
My focus is on the mother.
My medicine weaves together deeply nourishing meals, herbal support, bodywork, energy healing, and traditional postpartum practices to support healing on every level: physical, emotional, and energetic.
I create space for mothers to slow down, reconnect with their intuition, and remember their power, even when they are doing this far from home, without a village, and while carrying more than they were ever meant to hold alone.f you’ve made it this far, thank you for being here. If my story resonates with your heart and you feel called to receive support, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

xo,
Jimena
