BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Do you only work with mothers and mothers-to-be?
Yes, my work is fully centred around supporting mothers through the many stages of motherhood, including pregnancy and postpartum. This focus comes from both my training and my deep passion for maternal health and wellbeing.
While I have supported women in other stages of life in the past, my current work is intentionally devoted to mothers and the transition into and through motherhood.
How long do the programs go for?
My pregnancy and postpartum programs are designed as 8-week support.
This timeframe allows us to create meaningful shifts in your health, energy, and overall wellbeing while still feeling realistic and supportive in everyday life. In some cases, especially when working with more complex health concerns, continued support may be recommended and can be discussed as needed.
How do I get my blood work done?
You can request standard blood work through your GP or a walk-in clinic.
Once your results are ready, you can email them to me directly, and I will review them through a holistic and functional nutrition lens to better understand your health picture.
I don’t want to commit to a program, do you offer shorter support?
Yes.I offer 1:1 Holistic Health Consultations for mamas, a focused 60-minute session designed to give you clarity, guidance, and practical next steps tailored to your current needs. This is a great option if you are not ready for a longer container but still want personalized support.
Will I need to restrict foods or follow a strict diet?
No. I focus on helping you make nourishing, sustainable upgrades that work for your real life as a mother.
Rather than removing foods, we work with education, balance, and practical adjustments that support your energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing. You will also receive guidance on simple, supportive food choices and everyday nourishment ideas.
When is the best time to start the postpartum program?
There is no “right” time. Postpartum is a long and ongoing transition, and I work with mothers at all stages, from the early weeks after birth to many years into motherhood. You are welcome to begin whenever you feel ready for support and change.
How many weeks pregnant do I need to be to work with you?
I support mothers throughout all stages of pregnancy. If you are in your first trimester and experiencing more sensitivity (such as nausea or fatigue), a 1:1 consultation is often a supportive place to begin.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for my pregnancy and postpartum programs to support accessibility and ease.
1:1 consultations are paid in full at the time of booking.
Where do I start if I feel overwhelmed?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Most mothers begin exactly there.
If you are unsure, we can look at your current needs together and decide whether a consultation or a longer program feels most supportive for you.My role is to meet you where you are and guide you gently from there.
I’m not sure which option is right for me, what should I do?
You can reach out directly and I can help guide you, or book a 1:1 consultation as a starting point.
Either way, we will look at your health, your energy, and your current season of motherhood to decide what feels most supportive.
